We control all part quality with precise measurement and perfect elements. Then these parts are qualified to be used for fabricating machines. The technical skills for assembling machines are very important. Autofill insists on employing a skillful employee who has more than 15 years' experience in carrying out the job. All procedures are started from qualified part checking and strict assembling to machine completion. Testing run for our fabricated machines: Autofill is asked to proceed with the testing run with the duration of more than 100 hours strictly. Later on, all the screws of machines have to be tightened again. Then, the FAT will be allowed to perform. After-sales service and part supplies: After the FAT is completed, Autofill will certify our machine quality from the EU and the USA. Absolutely, our customers will ensure the quality of Autofill's facilities. Autofill's computers are managing all the parts for each machine together with Laser etching to the parts. Autofill's computers are input in HMI and will help operators to verify the photos and series numbers in HMI. For sure, Autofill's computers will assist operators and our purchasing department to have an excellent management of the parts without mistakes when it is necessary to exchange the parts. A perfect after-sales service system is provided.
